Throughout my childhood, dad often used quotes to teach my siblings and I life lessons. And I remember one of his favourite ones being “Anger always comes with two problems: 1) feeling angry, and 2) getting over it”.
After hearing this over and over, I knew that getting angry about anything would bring me at least those two problems. Yet, when I was little, still living with my parents, I used to be very angry most of the time for different reasons, and sometimes for no reason at all, so dad was always repeating the same quote to me.
It took me a long time to know why I was so angry and later, a few more years to know how to deal with it.
But everything happens for a reason.
Another one of dad’s quotes was about fear and courage: “courage will bring you success”. Although I would always strive to be courageous, I also often felt afraid, to which dad would reply: “It is okay to feel fear, it is what leads to courage, so get over it”. So again, the GET OVER IT concept was there, but how to do it?
I always wonder why nobody gave me any clue about how to manage and release all these negative emotions as I was growing up.
After a long journey of searching, self-discovery, researching, training and practicing how to “get over things”, I am now dedicated to sharing and teaching people how to deal with emotions, not to repress or ignore them, but rather to feel them, acknowledge them, and letting them go, using the ancient wisdom of the Tao, the Cosmic Healing sounds, Yoga and the Microcosmic Orbit.
All this know-how integrated into simple techniques, meditation and “More Aware Yoga” practice. If only I had some of these tools much earlier on!... But again, it there must be a reason!
Everyday practice of these amazing techniques will transform negative into positive, using your inner alchemy power, cultivating energy and enhancing your overall wellbeing.
I can guarantee that this ancient wisdom is powerful, useful and it actually works!
Just practice every day and feel the difference. Feel love, joy, happiness, appreciation, gratefulness, thankfulness…. and most importantly, smile.
